The inception of TDJ Computers CC was in March 2003. We are located in Vanderbijlpark. TDJ Computers was created to service small businesses which are usually neglected by IT Companies. We are involved with small businesses right across the spectrum. Right now we are concentrating on businesses around the Johannesburg area, including the East Rand and West Rand, within reasonable traveling distance. We offer our clients maintenance agreements where we respond to our client’s callouts during the same day, or when possible, we try to fix the problem over the phone.
Over and above Maintenance Agreements we also install and maintain networks, sell software and hardware, repair computers, printers and all peripherals. We also design Web Pages and host them as well. We provide dial-up and broadband to our customers. We provide off-site data backup and if you think data backup is not needed we will recover the data from your damaged hard drive when it crashes. The threat of Virus and Spyware is minimized by our constant updating of anti spyware and virus protection which we carry out on weekly basis. We also offer service on an ad hoc basis where an hourly rate is charged should the client not want to be tied down by a service contract. We are available for telephonic support 24/7.
